We use non-precise location data to enforce our terms and personalize services. If we use precise location data it will only be with your consent and for purposes of detecting and preventing fraud. To abide by local law.

HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

Corporate Affiliates and Transaction Parties. We may share your personal data with affiliated entities, including our parents, subsidiaries and entities under common corporate control (“Affiliates) for the purposes of managing operations and delivery of Services. We may also share your personal data with counterparties as part of corporate transactions (“Transaction Parties”) such as mergers, joint ventures, sales of company assets, financings or acquisitions but only to the extent necessary to evaluate and complete such transactions and subject to applicable legal or contractual requirements.

Law Enforcement, Regulators and Other Parties for Legal and Security Reasons. We may disclose personal data when necessary to protect the legal rights of ONPLAY, Users or third parties, in order to avoid fraud, manage our risks or comply with applicable laws, legal orders or processes. This includes exchanging information with the authorities and security companies which act on our behalf for these purposes. In these cases and where permitted by applicable laws, we disclose personal data to comply with legal obligations or to protect the legitimate interests of ONPLAY or affected third parties and Affiliates, for example if we are obliged to cooperate with government authorities in the context of legal investigations. Where required or permitted by law or regulation and reasonably practicable, we will attempt to notify you of such requirements.

Service Providers. We have agreements with various service providers to facilitate delivery of our Services, including, but not limited to, those we engage to provide customer support, operations, technical, marketing and other services needed to provide the Services and to help market ONPLAY’s Services.

Advertising Platforms and Networks. We partner with certain providers, including but not limited to Google and social media companies, to display, target, and suppress ONPLAY advertisements on their or their partner sites (such as advertisements within games and other mobile apps). Such providers may conduct analytics in relation to advertisements and to manage our advertising on other sites. Personal data we disclose to these providers may include unique user ID, name, email, and/or Usage Data. These providers use this information for marketing optimization, reporting, and analysis, and to prevent display of ONPLAY advertisements to you and other existing users, retarget inactive users, and reach new potentially interested users. For personal data that we cannot share absent prior consent pursuant to operating system rules or applicable laws, we will not share this data without your consent. Where consent is managed by means of device settings or operating system settings, you can adjust your consent by accessing these settings. If you do not want us to share this personal data with advertising partners you can opt out of the sharing by submitting a privacy request to our customer support team here: .
Administrative Service Providers. Administrative service providers include those Service providers that are required in order to ensure the delivery of Services to you and Game Partners (“Administrative Service Providers”). They may include, for example, those used (i) to manage and administer testing, surveys and other task based activities delivered in-app as part of ONPLAY Services (ii) to receive, process and respond to customer support requests, (iii) to manage and administer ONPLAY’s optional Rewards Program (e.g. calculate Points earned, process redemption of Points for Rewards, distribute Rewards), and (iv) to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, subject to applicable law and platform requirements. Your Personal Information may be shared with these Administrative Service Providers solely so that they can provide the applicable administrative services needed to deliver the ONPLAY Services to you.
Analytics Service Providers. Analytics Service Providers are a type of Administrative Service Provider that helps us manage marketing campaigns designed to acquire new users. They access User Data as well as consumer data in order to analyze and understand the personal data about you and potential ONPLAY users and develop trends, patterns and insights to personalize your experience with Onplay, improve our Services, optimize Game Partner advertising campaigns and offers presented to ONPLAY users, and create new products and/or product features intended to improve ONPLAY services. These Analytics Service Providers include, for example, AppsFlyer, a mobile measurement partner used to measure, verify, and analyze performance of our consumer marketing campaigns. AppsFlyer will have access to the data we collect, including device model, operating system, device ID, advertising identifiers, IP address, device location, and Usage Data. It will use this data to verify that the installation of a Game Partner Game is attributable to the advertisement or offer presented to users in ONPLAY and to optimize consumer marketing campaigns designed to acquire new users.

Game Partners. The main purpose of the ONPLAY App is to allow Users and Game Partners to interact more intentionally. We allow mobile game users to discover and provide feedback on Game Partner Games. If you choose to install, play and provide feedback on a Partner Game, you are directing us to share certain personal data with the Game Partner and for the Game Partner to share certain data with us so that we can, among other things, attribute the install of that game to ONPLAY and to deliver Services to the User and Game Partner. Personal data that may be shared may include Game Play data, Usage Data, and User Profile Data needed to support reporting, attribution, and billing Game Partners, delivery of survey responses and feedback to Game Partners, and calculating Points earned should you elect to participate in the ONPLAY Rewards Program. You acknowledge that Game Partner, ONPLAY and their respective analytics partner may employ tracking technologies subject to you providing consent to tracking as required by law or the applicable operating system. You also understand that you may withdraw this consent by changing the settings within your device operating system. If you have questions about how to change your consent settings you can submit a request for help here: .

We may also disclose aggregated information about Users along with information that does not and cannot identify any individual or device, except where limited by applicable laws or platform rules. For example, we may use anonymized game insights, survey responses, and aggregated information for statistical and machine learning purposes, to provide insights into developing or enhancing Services, for marketing and advertising and for other legally permissible purposes such as testing our IT systems and features.

The processing of your data by the Game Partners, whether shared with Game Partner by us, as directed by you, or collected by the Game Partner from you while you play the Game Partner Game is governed by the Game Partner’s privacy policy and terms of use which you should review prior to using their game and when exercising any rights subject to Game Partners privacy policy.

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Like most online services and mobile applications, we and our Game Partners may use technologies, such as tracking links (embedded URLs), mobile measurement providers (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.), cookies, web beacons (also known as pixel, tags or clear gifs) or integrated software development kits (SDKs) in connection with our Services to secure and improve our Services, for attribution and billing our Game Partners, to understand your preferences, and collect Usage and Device Data used to deliver Services to you, prevent fraud and enforce our terms of use.
